- What is Analytics?
Analytics is Deputy's new reporting and analytics tool, allowing managers to view and analyse scheduling and timesheet data like never before.
Deputy Analytics allows managers to view pre-configured reports. Managers can track, measure and analyze their own business data in a way that is specific to each business. This assists with making better business decisions based on data and evidence rather than assumptions or opinions.
- How do I get started with Deputy Analytics?
If you're an existing customer, you can access Analytics from the Reports tab. If the reports tab is not visible to you, reach out to your system admin to adjust your account permissions.
- What is Analytics+?
Analytics+ is a new add-on subscription that gives you access to Deputy’s advanced reporting and analytics tool, designed for managers who need deeper insights, greater customization, and more control over their business data. This optional add-on subscription is entirely separate from your current Deputy subscription.
Managers has the ability to build custom reports to cater to your business needs. Managers can schedule reports to be run and delivered on specific dates or at intervals of their choosing.

- How do I subscribe to Analytics+?
System Administrators can subscribe to Analytics+ via the Settings page when managing their account:
Log into once.deputy.com and click Settings on the business you would like to subscribe to Analytics+.
On the Plan tab, scroll to the Add-on subscriptions section and click on Subscribe.
